In a housing complex in Dayton, Ohio, China Arnold lived with her children and boyfriend, Terrell Talley. On August 30, 2005, a dispute over the paternity of their child, Paris, turned physical. In response, China placed her newborn daughter in a microwave for two minutes. The infant died almost instantly from the heat.
