A prison guard at the notorious Julia Tutwiler Women's Facility in Alabama has been arrested for committing heinous sexual crimes against a helpless inmate. The 34-year-old sergeant allegedly used threats and coercion to demand sexual favors from the woman and has a history of abuse at the prison.
