Gina Martin, a 36-year-old businesswoman, was fatally shot by her ex-fiancé while celebrating her birthday in Las Vegas with loved ones. Her friend Ivan Williams had warned her about the controlling and harassing behavior of her ex an hour before the incident. Court documents reveal that Martin's brother had contacted authorities after receiving threats from Blanche, but unfortunately was unable to save her.
