Yazmeen Williams, a vibrant 31-year-old living in Manhattan's Kips Bay, was about to start her dream job at the NYC Housing Authority. But on July 5th, 2024, her life came to a tragic end.
After disappearing, Yazmeen's body was found by garbage workers near a heap of trash. It was a man in an electric wheelchair, dragging a sleeping bag behind him, who led authorities to her decaying remains. What really happened on that fateful July 5th?
