Roberta Elder was known as Mrs. Bluebeard, due to the fact that she 14 people before she was caught. We also discuss her childhood, her relationship with her husbands, and her motives for killing. We also discuss the impact her crimes have had on the Black community, and how we can prevent similar cases from happening in the future
