On March 15, 2007, 19-year-old Tynesha Stewart was tragically murdered by her former boyfriend, 27-year-old Timothy Wayne Shepherd. A freshman at Texas A&M University studying civil engineering, Stewart was home for spring break when the brutal crime occurred.
