The Chilling Truth Behind Maggie Mbitu's Murder
On October 30th, 2023, 31-year-old Margaret "Maggie" Mbitu who worked as a nurse in group home caring for people with disabilities went missing. Her body was found inside a vehicle at Logan Airport's parking garage the following day with fatal wounds of two slash to face and neck along with puncture on side. Authorities identified Kevin Kangethe, a 40-year-old resident of Lowell, Massachusetts, as primary suspect. Prior to homicide, he had relationship with Maggie. To evade justice, he fled to Kenya. The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and Massachusetts State Police are conducting an investigation.
